Alumni Leadership Awards
The Alumni Leadership Awards are presented by the Babson Alumni Association (BAA) annually in the fall, during Back to Babson reunion and homecoming weekend.
Through the Alumni Leadership Awards, the BAA looks to reward alumni, parents, friends and faculty and staff who have actively given their time and talent to the Babson Community. The leadership awards increase their recognition in the community and put them in touch with other leaders. We count on the nominations of others to ensure that all worthy are considered for these prestigious awards. The 2013 Leadership Awards Dinner will be held on Friday, September 27, 2013. All alumni, parent, and friend volunteers are invited.
2012 Leadership Award Recipients
Thank you to all who nominated alumni, parents, faculty and staff, and friends of the College for a 2012 Leadership Award. More than 45 nominations were submitted. The 2012 Leadership Awards Dinner was be held on Friday, September 28, during Back to Babson Weekend and all alumni volunteers and reunioners were invited.
Cruickshank Alumni Leadership Award

This award is presented to an alumnus/a in recognition of his/her outstanding commitment and contributions to Babson College over a long period of time. The recipient shall have:
- Demonstrated five or more years of continuous contributions as an alumnus/a volunteer for the College
- Exhibited exemplary leadership and teamwork qualities
- Acted as a role model embodying the spirit and ideals of the College

This award is presented to an alumnus/a in recognition of his/her exceptional volunteer support and contributions to the Babson community. The recipients shall have demonstrated outstanding outreach efforts and participation, which have contributed significantly toward the progress of a Babson program, project, or office (i.e., Admissions Office, Office of Alumni Relations, student assessment program, reunion weekend, career assistance, etc.).

This award is presented to a member of the Babson faculty or administration who has distinguished himself/herself in service to the Babson Alumni Association and its alumni community. Although the service may take many forms, the underlying theme involves outreach efforts and assisting in the strengthening and maintenance of the ties between the College and its students with alumni. The faculty/administrator member receiving this award makes a continuing effort to remain involved with Babson students after graduation and throughout their careers.
