Under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) of 1974, a completed and signed request is required to release a student's transcript records.
Requests via Portal
Currently enrolled students may submit a transcript request through the Babson Portal. Log into Portal and click Transcript Requests, which is located under the Smart Tools section.
Requests via Postal Mail, Fax, or In-Person
Transcript requests may be submitted via postal mail, fax, or in-person. Download and complete the Transcript Request Form. Send the completed form, along with any required supplemental forms, to:

Requests may also be submitted in-person at the Registrar's Office, which is located on the third floor of Hollister Hall. Standard processing time applies.
Transcript Request Policies
We CANNOT email transcripts. Official transcripts will be sent unless unofficial transcripts are specifically requested. All transcripts sent via fax are unofficial. Official transcripts are printed on Babson College letterhead, signed by the College Registrar, and embossed with the Babson College seal. Unofficial transcripts are not.
Transcripts requests are typically processed within three to five business days and on a first-come-first-served basis. Please plan accordingly.
There is no charge for transcripts unless expedited shipping is requested. Transcripts may be sent via express mail (FedEx); this should be specified in the transcript request. This expedites the shipping time, but does not expedite the processing time. Only major credit cards are accepted. Please call the Registrar’s Office at 781-239-4519 with the credit card number and expiration date. DO NOT send credit card information via email. Please contact FedEx for rates and transit times. FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
The Registrar’s Office reserves the right to limit the number of transcripts issued per student.
Transcripts requests cannot be processed for students who have certain holds on their account; this includes students who have an accounting hold due to an outstanding balance with Student Financial Services. Transcript requests will not be processed if any holds are not resolved within 30 days of the original request date.
