Full-time MBA & MS On Campus Living Experience

Woodland Hill and Woodside is a convenient ten-minute walk from Olin Hall, the graduate building in which most classes are held, and it is a five-minute walk from Webster Center Gym.

Exploring living off campus?

Located in the midst of nature among trees and animals, Woodland Hill and Woodside are truly a retreat from the busy graduate student life.

There are accommodations available for both individuals and families (spouse/partner/significant others and/or dependent children).    Parents  of students and siblings of students are not eligible to reside in family housing.

WoodsideWoodside is a community of graduate students who live in a wing connected to the Babson Executive Education Center. There are 50 individual rooms occupied by graduate students, 34 on the first floor and 16 on the second floor. Each room is fully furnished with a queen-sized bed, dresser, desk/table, and seating furniture. Residents will have a private bedroom/living space and gender-neutral bathroom. There are two large kitchens shared by residents living here. Each kitchen is equipped with multiple stovetops, ovens, microwaves, refrigerators, and dishwashers. There also is plenty of storage space for your kitchenware and appliances. Each resident will receive a refrigerator unit that is placed within the Woodside room. This is a perfect location for a single student who is on the go and looking for a community feel while living on campus. Since offering this option to graduate students in summer of 2009, Woodside has quickly become one of our most popular places to live on campus!
