The Senior Volleyball Camp is designed for ages 14–17 with an emphasis on taking your skills to the next level. The camp will make extensive use of video analysis and specific feedback based on established motor learning principles. Players will develop their fundamentals and improve their court sense through realistic game-like activities. Players also will learn the game of beach volleyball and play games on the sand to hone their all-around game through one of the NCAA’s newest varsity sports.
Coaches will help players improve their play in all facets of the game. Players will be able to compare video of their mechanics with those of top athletes in slow motion. Through repeated cycles of video and practice, with high level feedback from coaches drawn from collegiate and high school coaches and players, players will take their game to the next level in a fun and demanding environment.
Campers must have appropriate footwear for potential indoor and/or sand play (campers can play barefoot in the sand).
