What piece of advice changed your life?

“In order to really find happiness, you need to continue looking for opportunities that you believe are meaningful, in which you will be able to learn new things, to succeed, and be given more and more responsibility to shoulder.” – Professor Clayton Christensen, How Will You Measure Your Life?

How has being a member of the Babson community helped impact your career?

The Babson community has impacted my career and my life on many different dimensions. Not only are there courses tailored for students to act, learn, and build entrepreneurial businesses, its community lives and breathes the founding motto of Entrepreneurial Thought & Action. To give an example, my current startup, HelloToby, was an idea that was founded based on a stubborn idea to never give into the status quo. Continuing to challenge the current state with innovative ideas is how we can make the world a better place together!

Why does the world need more leaders with an entrepreneurial mindset?

The world needs more leaders with an entrepreneurial mindset simply because that is the only way for the world to progress. The simple definition of progress is a gradual betterment of something, and regardless if we are focusing on sustaining innovation or disruption innovation, entrepreneurial mindset is the core for progress.
