Health and Wellness
To do their best work, and to fully advance their journeys as developing entrepreneurial leaders, Babson students must feel safe, be well, and live healthily.
As young adults living away from home, Babson students must take responsibility for their choices and take action when they’re sick, feel unsafe, or otherwise need help. Babson provides a comprehensive set of health and wellness services that are highly accessible and staffed by caring professionals and trained students. We urge all students to avail themselves of these services without delay when they are needed.
Tolerance and Respect
A healthy community encompasses more than just physical and mental health. It is a community based in tolerance, inclusiveness, respect, and justice. Babson is committed to making our campus safe and welcoming to everyone, regardless of race, religion, gender, age, and sexual orientation.
Drugs and Violence
Babson is not immune to the problems of society. We take such issues as suicide, rape and sexual assault, and alcohol and drugs very seriously. If you have questions or need help with these issues, we offer confidential, caring, nonjudgmental support and services, and can refer you to outside specialists.
Babson offers a Health and Wellness Peer Education Program in which specially trained student volunteers help fellow students with a wide range of concerns, including substance abuse, stress management, mental health, nutrition and exercise, eating disorders, sexual health, and other critical issues.
