Here is an introduction to the team members with whom you will work most closely:

 

Cathy SheaCathy Shea, Associate Dean, Client Services
Cathy Shea is responsible for leading the program delivery team and for identifying new opportunities and resources for residential, global and virtual program delivery. She represents BEE in a wide variety of client relationships and also works closely with the team and the college to identify faculty resources for expanded program offerings and development support for faculty.

Cathy has nearly 25 years of experience in university-based executive education serving in a number of roles including marketing, business development and operations for both open enrollment and custom programs. Prior to joining university administration, Cathy served as an aide to a U.S. Congressman from Connecticut. She earned a B.A. in political science and history from Boston College. 

  

Bonnie Anderson, Project Manager, Blended Learning
Bonnie is responsible for the successful leadership of blended learning projects for our Custom and Open Enrollment clients.  Bonnie partners closely with executives, faculty and other colleagues to create high quality courses and interactions that achieve specific learning and/or performance outcomes.  She is experienced in the careful management, strategic design and effective delivery of both synchronous and asynchronous e-learning programs. 
 

Bonnie joined our team after establishing a centralized e-learning office at a large metropolitan university and creating the first fully blended program and a learning analytics strategy at an international investment company.  Bonnie earned her B.S. in Mathematics from Salve Regina University, her M.A. in Adult Education from the University of Rhode Island, and has completed doctoral coursework in Educational Psychology at the University of Missouri St. Louis.

 

Joseph Boudreau, Senior Director
Joe spent over 20 years with IBM managing line, marketing and product management functions. After leaving IBM, he had roles as a senior Human Resources executive in several retail organizations. He spent five years as the Chief Learning Officer for Irving Oil Corporation.


Joe works with mid-cap clients as well as large multi-national organizations. He creates strategic relationships with clients to support the development of leaders and succession candidates at all levels within client organizations. This development equips client leaders to become effective at working with people, linking strategy to execution and creating value.

 
 
  
Carrie BoydCarrie Boyd, Associate Dean, Enterprise Programs
As a member of the Dean’s senior management team, Carrie is responsible for the success of the Open Enrollment programs, Symposia for Entrepreneurship Educators, Modules for Entrepreneurship Educators, Babson Entrepreneurship Program and other global partner programs. Carrie is also responsible for portfolio strategy including new program development and execution, partnerships, and faculty sourcing.

 Carrie has over 10 years experience in portfolio strategy, new program development, marketing and relationship management. She earned her B.S. in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Babson College in 1998 and her M.B.A. from Babson in 2006.

 

 

 

Nan Covert, Program Manager
Nan joined Babson Executive Education in 2010 with a focus on Enterprise and Open Enrollment programs. Her role on the BEE team is to assist with the marketing, preparation, and successful delivery of a wide range of global executive education programs.  

Nan comes to Babson with a background in sales and marketing in the financial services, publishing, and hospitality industries. Her areas of expertise include copywriting, client service, and project management. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in French from Middlebury College.
 
 
  
 
 
Janet Dewsnap, Program Manager
Janet has been with Babson Executive and Enterprise Education since 2010, and now manages the growing Open Enrollment portfolio in addition to several Enterprise programs, partnering with our global clients from Asia, Europe and South America.
Janet came to BEEE with years of experience in client relations, entrepreneurship, operations and event management. She is well prepared for and enjoys the challenges of program development and management, and working through the logistics of delivering world class programs.  Janet is committed to building and strengthening relationship and BEEE's diverse and dynamic clientele. 
Originally from Canada, Janet earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta, with a major in Marketing, and speaks conversational Cantonese.
  
Tea Huot, Program Manager
As a Program Manager, Tea collaborates with clients, faculty and staff on the design and execution of custom programs. His experience in working for both large, multi-national corporations and local, nonprofit organizations, combined with his background in program development and operations management, allows him to effectively handle the challenges faced when delivering executive programs here at Babson and around the globe.
 
Tea enjoys being able to work with clients from across all industries and has a genuine interest in Corporate Learning and Development.  He joins the Executive Education team with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Babson College. 
 
 
 
 
 EVELYN LAGER, SENIOR DIRECTOR, BABSON EXECUTIVE EDUCATION
As Senior Director, Evelyn Lager is responsible for developing custom solutions for Babson Executive Education’s corporate clients. As such, she works closely with corporate partners to identify the needs of the organization and build a Babson team to develop highly customized solutions.
Evelyn Lager has over ten years of experience in program design and account management. Evelyn was born and raised in Switzerland and, before joining Babson, was a founding member of the ‘Swissnex’ Science and Educational Consulate of Switzerland. As such, she has developed and implemented strategic activities and relations for entrepreneurs, scientists, academics and business professionals.
Prior to her role at Babson Executive Education, Evelyn managed the ‘Europe Institute’ at Babson College, where she was instrumental in establishing a customer base with partners in the academic, not for profit and government community.
Evelyn Lager is fluent in English, German and French. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Boston College and an MBA from the Olin School of Business at Babson College.
 

Tammy Lamenzo, Program Coordinator
As a member of the Babson Executive Education team, Tammy works in different capacities to provide support for a variety of Custom and Open Enrollment programs.  Collaborating with faculty, presenters, and participants, she ensures that programs are successful and well-received.
An entrepreneur at heart, Tammy started Parent Talk, a not-for-profit organization in Needham, MA, that has been flourishing for the last twenty years.  As part owner of a wine store in Dover, she has experience in the retail industry and running a small business.  Tammy has her B.A. in Marketing from the University of Rhode Island and her M.B.A. from Northeastern University.

 

 

Randy Levy, Program Manager
Randy joined Babson Executive Education in August 2003 as a Program Coordinator and was promoted in 2005 to Program Manager. She primarily works on Custom programs and is responsible for working with clients, faculty, and support staff to successfully implement program delivery. Randy earned a Bachelors degree in Psychology from American University.
 
 

 

 

 

 

Dayle Lipsky, Assistant Manager, Business Development

Dayle’s efforts often serve as a gateway for people within the business community who seek the type of high-quality leadership development services for which Babson is known. By supporting Open Enrollment Programs and generating leads for the Business Development Team, she plays an important role in introducing customers to programming that provides a meaningful return on their investment. Dayle also works with clients and faculty to cultivate 1-2 day custom workshops.
 
With more than 19 years of experience within the hospitality industry, Dayle is accustomed to putting clients first. No stranger to Babson, for 11 years she built customer relationships for the company that managed the Babson Executive Conference Center. During this time, Dayle also started the Boston National Sales Office for ARAMARK Harrison Lodging. She is a graduate of Ithaca College.
 
 

Gisela Lokpez, Director, Business Development
Gisela brings her own unique and extensive experience as a financial professional and woman entrepreneur to BEEE.  She has not only worked in the banking and financial services industry, but is also the founder of her own boutique-consulting firm that focused on the Latin American market.

Gisela has international exposure in strategic and financial projects for growth, M&A, as well as international negotiations.  She works with a broad range of clients to design and develop programs that support the development of leaders at all levels of the organization.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Gisela received her B.S. from Santa Maria University - Caracas, Venezuela, and her M.B.A. from Babson College. 

      

 

Sarah Schwartz, Program Coordinator
A member of the Executive Education team working on Open Enrollment, Custom and Enterprise programs, Sarah's role is to provide programmatic support with the logistics of registration and program materials and the coordination of needs of faculty, presenters and registrants to ensure the smooth delivery of programs.

 

Sarah came to Babson after years of event planning and coordination at Brandeis University and the Massachusetts Horticulture Society. She spent twelve years as Art Editor at Horticulture Magazine combining her publishing and art backgrounds. Sarah attended Sarah Lawrence College and Clark University where she received her B.A. in Art and Literature.

  

  

Mary Siegel, Program Manager 
Mary has been working at Babson Executive Education since March 2004. She currently serves as program manager for custom and open enrollment programs. Mary enjoys the challenge of coordinating all of the aspects of a successfully run executive education program and the opportunity to interact with BEE's diversified clientele.  Prior to joining BEE, Mary worked as a Human Resource Benefits Consultant for two large corporations. She also spent several years at a privately owned medical device company in the position of Manager of Administrative Services.  

 

 
 

  

Jean Spaulding, Program Coordinator
Jean joined Babson Executive Education in 2008 as a Program Coordinator working with the Saltire Fellowship Program. As time went on, she was enlisted to help with many other BEE programs, assisting clients on both Custom (pharmaceutical companies, banks, information technology) and Open Enrollment programs (Leadership and Influence, Women’s Leadership).

 Previously, Jean worked in the Development Office at Dartmouth College and also managed the MS Walk and other fundraising events for the Maine Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.  Jean earned a BA in Economics from Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, MA.
