Discrimination on the basis of gender, in any and all forms, will not be tolerated within our community and is considered to be one of the most serious violations of the Community Standards of Babson College. Members of the Babson College community, guests and visitors have the right to be free from discrimination on the basis of sex. All members of the community are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others.
Gender-Based Misconduct is all encompassing of the following policies: sexual misconduct, sexual harassment, stalking, bullying, and intimate partner violence. Sexual misconduct is a broad term encompassing Non-Consensual Sexual Intercourse, Non-Consensual Sexual Contact and Sexual Exploitation. Sexual Harassment is defined separately. Gender-based misconduct can happen to anyone, regardless of age, gender identity, race, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic status.
