Catapult your career forward with Babson Executive Education’s Women’s Leadership Program. This transformational five-day experience—featuring a blend of lectures, guest speakers, personalized coaching, case studies, self-assessment, action learning, problem solving, and networking—will help you excel in roles with increased strategic and leadership responsibilities. What You Will Learn
You’ll gain a deep understanding of the connection between individual effectiveness and organizational outcomes, as well as the interplay between a leader’s influence and organizational performance. Additionally, you’ll come to the program with a critical and current business challenge from your workplace. Through ongoing coaching sessions, you will share and receive feedback on the issue, develop strategies for how to approach it, and develop an action plan to resolve it.

- Owning and amplifying your leadership strengths
- Leveraging Entrepreneurial Thought & Action® to harness new opportunities for you and your organization
- Leading strategically through an understanding of critical business drivers
- Effective methods for approaching risk and embracing the benefits of failure as a method for learning and intentional iteration
- Negotiation and teamwork
- Taking leadership challenges from your organization and transforming them into opportunities
- Developing strategies for personal and organizational success by hearing firsthand accounts from entrepreneurial leaders
Who Should Enroll
This program is for midcareer senior leaders who are on a growth trajectory and moving into roles with increased strategic responsibility. Participants come from a range of industries and background, but you must be able to assess your strengths in order to better articulate the positive impact you seek to have on your organization. Participants usually hold titles such as Manager, Director, and VP.
Your Faculty Director
The program is led by Susan Duffy, executive director of the Center for Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership (CWEL) at Babson College. She has held leadership positions in the healthcare, construction, and restaurant industries, and has worked as an organizational consultant, coach, and trainer in both the private and public sectors. She also has designed and taught courses in entrepreneurship, management, and organizational behavior.
Cost includes program materials, accommodations, and meals at the award-winning Babson Executive Conference Center. Participants may access accommodations beginning at 4 p.m. on day one of the program until checkout on the final day. All participants receive a certificate of completion.
Each session has a limited number of participants to preserve the intimacy and collegiality of the experience. Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
