Job Search Resources
A variety of online job search resources are available to alumni.
Babson Career Connections/Alumni Job Postings
Alumni who are searching for employment opportunities may access job postings and post positions through Career Connections, our online recruiting system supported by both the Undergraduate and Graduate Centers for Career Development.
To gain access, alumni new to Career Connections should email either undergraduateCCD@babson.edu (undergraduate alumni) or email@example.com (graduate alumni) with their graduation date, program type, preferred email and phone number. Returning users who need help reestablishing their accounts should send an email to the appropriate CCD email listed above with the information noted above as well as their Babson email address.
Alumni wishing to post positions for fellow alumni or students may register on www.babson.edu/careerconnections as an employer. The CCD staff will follow up with approval and other information. Please be sure that your registration shows you as an alumnus.
CareerBeam® is a virtual career management tool that you can access 24x7. The system offers company and industry research tools, international databases and lead generation technology. CareerBeam has an extensive career education platform with assessments and exercises that roll up into a complete career profile, professional resume and cover letter builders and samples, and job search modules that support your career management needs (e.g. strategies for interviewing, negotiating offers, managing a long distance job search, re-entering the workforce and much more).
Databases for Industry and Company Research
Alumni have free access through the alumni Web site to several of Babson's research databases. In addition, Horn Library maintains resources that may be of value to alumni engaged in a job search. Alumni may obtain a Babson Alumni ID card from the Alumni & Friends Network and use the card to access resources in the library.
Evisors.com is a fee-for-service resource that offers online career advice. Rates and services vary. reacHIRE offers a systematic approach for professional women to re-enter the
workforce. The 6-week training program of technical, management and
executive skills is followed by placement into a paid project assignment.
