Boot Camp is a 50 minute, two day a week program designed to improve your cardio endurance, build strength and induce weight loss. The personalized approach to group exercise makes the class fun and motivating in pursuit of results and your personal goals. Instructor Craig Paris uses a variety of body weight exercises, resistance bands, agility drills, running, and plyometric training to activate multiple muscle groups and burn the maximum amount of calories during class.
Who: Any Babson employee who is looking to take their workout to the next level. Please note that class is appropriate for those just beginning as well as those who have nuary participated before.
When: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30-7:20am beginning on Tuesday, January 6, 2015 and ending on Thursday, May 14, 2015.
How: Participants may attend class as often as they would like. Those interested in participating should register through the Babson Calendar Bootcamp event (we would like to be able to notify participants of any changes or cancellations that may arise).
