Accepted students referred by Babson alumni will receive up to $20,000 in scholarships
Babson College is now offering Babson
Miami Inaugural Class Scholarships to students who have been referred by its alumni. Students must be accepted and enroll in one of Babson’s graduate programs scheduled to start in Miami in Fall 2018.
Babson Miami graduate offerings will include:
- A Blended Learning MBA degree—this well-known Babson program combines online classes, face-to-face sessions, and virtual collaboration, and is ranked top 10 worldwide by Financial Times and No. 1 for average alumni earnings.
- A Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) degree, which provides students with the tools and analytic methods to effectively communicate the value of data. It is delivered in a flexible blend of online and face-to-face sessions.
Those who have been referred and are pursuing Babson’s Blended Learning MBA in Miami will receive a $20,000 scholarship. Those starting the MSBA will receive a $10,000 scholarship. Babson alumni who apply and are accepted will automatically receive these scholarships as well.
“Better than anyone, our alumni understand the intellectual and practical value of a Babson education and the incredible power of the global Babson network,” said Babson College President Kerry Healey. “As we look ahead to the launch of Babson Miami, we are pleased to welcome aspiring entrepreneurs with Inaugural Class Scholarships and we are grateful to our alumni for supporting and shaping Babson Miami.”
Babson’s new hub in Miami is located at CIC Miami (Cambridge Innovation Center)—a co-working space in the University of Miami Life Science and Technology Park. A natural fit for Babson, it brings together a community of entrepreneurs focused on making a positive impact and is a part of the city’s booming innovation corridor. Students will have full, 24/7 access to classroom, conference, and café space, and will benefit from CIC’s weekly Venture Café Miami gatherings, monthly community breakfasts, client presentations, and mentors.
