Would you like to take your running to the next level?
This 8-week training series is designed specifically to meet the needs of runners. The goal of the series is to enhance each participant’s running efficiency, strength and speed. All levels of runners are welcome. Each participant will work from their individual fitness level. The workouts will be tailored to meet the needs and fitness abilities of the participants.
Workouts will begin with a short warm-up run, and then will vary in content. Examples of workout content includes: speed work, hill work and strength and endurance exercises specific to a runner’s needs.
