Graduate Housing

We want to make your transition to graduate study as smooth as possible.

Graduate Students

Whether you are relocating from out of town or from overseas, setting up a new home is never easy. Some students choose to live on campus to have convenient access to Babson’s resources, while others will choose to live off campus and take advantage of all that the Boston area has to offer. Regardless of what you decide, we can rely on us to help you make a successful transition.

Graduate student housing is filled on a space-available basis. Due to a limited number of apartments available, the demand for graduate housing exceeds the supply and we are unable to accommodate all who wish to reside on campus.  Note that family housing accommodations are available for a student's spouse/partner/significant other and/or dependent children.  Parents of students and siblings of students are not eligible to reside in family housing.

If we are unable to accommodate you on campus, please refer to the provided information about obtaining off-campus housing. You may want to explore the incoming student Facebook groups for potential roommates and suggestions about off-campus housing. These Facebook pages will be created in mid-February 2016 and links will be posted below.

All student residence halls offer on-campus parking, in-room cable boxes and telephone jacks, and wireless Internet access. Many residence halls feature laundry in building; students in residence halls without dedicated laundry facilities are able to access laundry in neighboring residence halls. For more information, visit Resources, Services, and More.
