There are several ways to support Undergraduate Admissions with their recruiting efforts. As a Babson Alumni Admission Connection (BAAC pronounced ‘Bach’) volunteer, you can assist with one or more of the following programs:
Interview Ambassador Program
Trained alumni volunteers conduct interviews of prospective undergraduate students. Interviews may be in-person or via Skype. In-person interviews are scheduled either during Interview Days in select cities or in the applicant’s home town or school community. Skype interviews are available for prospective students who are not able to attend an in-person interview as well as for prospective students residing in regions where Interview Days are not offered or where there are no alumni interviewer volunteers. Interviews occur from November until early February based upon when applications are submitted.
We are seeking undergraduate alumni volunteers who graduated within the last 10 years to serve as Interview Ambassadors. To learn more about the specific responsibilities and time commitment, please review the Position Description.
Email Ambassador Program in partnership with the Babson Alumni Association
Undergraduate alumni volunteers outreach to admitted students via email to congratulate them, to serve as a point of interaction with the Alumni network, and to share their perspective as an alumnus/a.
We are seeking undergraduate alumni who graduated within the last 10 years to serve as Email Ambassadors. To learn more about the specific responsibilities and time commitment, please review the Position Description.

Representative to Undergraduate College Fairs
The Undergraduate Admission staff travels the world each fall and although they visit schools far and wide, there are always places they cannot reach. With an alumni network that spans six continents, we invite you to consider representing Babson at local college fairs in your area.

Graduate Admissions Volunteers
There are several ways to support Graduate Admissions with their recruiting efforts:
Alumni Referral Program
Alumni are encouraged to refer prospective students to Babson’s graduate programs. Referrals may be submitted online.
Recent graduate alumni are invited to join the Graduate Admissions Alumni Ambassador program and have the opportunity to share their Babson experience with prospective graduate students. Admissions Ambassadors can choose their level of involvement from interacting with prospective students and newly admitted students one-on-one to representing Babson at recruiting events in their area and country.
