Work Futures Lab 2026 Symposium
8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Capozzi Room, Olin Hall Babson Campus
The topic of the WFL 2026 symposium is HUMAN EXPERTISE IN THE AGE OF AI The rapid development of AI tools and their increasing adoption in various workflows create both opportunities and challenges for employees, employers, and entrepreneurs. One of the key aspects in this development is how human-AI interactions affect human expertise, and which conditions lead to its replacement or augmentation. The symposium offers three different sessions: (1) Academic researchers presenting their findings of types of human-AI interactions that they observe, (2) Expert practitioners from different industries sharing their observations and insights from AI use in practice, and (3) a Keynote speech pulling together insights on AI and the future of human creativity and judgment. There is plenty of opportunity for Q&A and discussions.
