Kate Klepper
Dean, F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College
Kate E. Klepper is the Dean of the Graduate School at Babson College, where she leads the College’s graduate portfolio and works to advance innovative, high-quality educational experiences that prepare entrepreneurial leaders to create economic and social value around the world. She brings a collaborative and student-centered approach to graduate education, with a focus on academic innovation, market responsiveness, and strategic growth.
Prior to joining Babson, Kate served as Associate Dean for Graduate Business Programs at Northeastern University, where she oversaw a broad portfolio of graduate programs and led initiatives in curriculum innovation, flexible learning models, global partnerships, and enrollment strategy. Earlier in her career, she served as Dean of Graduate Admissions at Babson, leading strategic marketing and enrollment efforts for the College’s graduate programs.
Throughout her career, Kate has worked closely with corporate and institutional partners to develop innovative graduate programs that align academic learning with evolving workforce needs. Her leadership experience includes academic operations, accreditation, interdisciplinary program development, and strategic partnership building.
Kate holds an MBA from Northeastern University and a BS from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She has also served in leadership roles with the Graduate Management Admissions Council (GMAC), including as Chair of its Board of Directors.
