The Cutler Center is excited to welcome back Michael Silk from Training the Street to campus for a full-day workshop where students will build a fully integrated three-statement model. Using various assumptions, participants will forecast the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement. The teaching pedagogy of this workshop requires participants to build models of different levels of difficulty, starting with an extremely simple model and ending with a robust circular model. This teaching method ensures that building blocks and links between the forecast financial statements are fully understood. The UWIN program provides mentorship and internship opportunities during the school year, where participants will gain professional development and technical skills needed to succeed in the investment management industry. The program targets students in their sophomore and junior years, but welcomes students in any undergraduate year. The program seeks students studying at colleges and universities in the United States with an interest in investing, business, finance, accounting, data science, mathematics or economics.Join us for an overview of the program featuring UWIN Founder and Credit Research Co-Director at Loomis Sayles, Shannon O'Mara.This session is open to all Babson undergraduate students.
