It draws upon the insights from the field of strategy, economics, decision making and corporate financed and is suited for students interested in management consulting, investment management or corporate planning. It is intended to complement the course, Economics of Competitive Strategy, by focusing on how strategies are formulated and executed in specific competitive situations.
