The Graduate Coaching Program is part of the required Entrepreneurial Leadership course in the Babson MBA—ranked no. 1 by U.S. News & World Report for 31 consecutive years. This course connects full-time MBA students with you—Developmental Learning Partners (DLP)—to help students build their individual personal development plan.
Students learn about talent management concepts and frameworks in the course, put in context through self-applied concepts and the creation of a personal development plan. As a Developmental Learning Partner, you will help students explore options and put their drafted plans to the test.
Coming into this program, everybody’s interested, everybody’s focused, everybody’s prepared, and it just makes it more interesting when we’re having a dialog about what their career aspirations are, and some of the questions that come out of it.
This whole concept of needing to take responsibility for our own career is more important than ever. This program to help students start that process early on is just so critical, and it’s wonderful to be a part of that.
