Be Well. Do Well. It’s Really That Simple.
Staying healthy is about so much more than working out at the gym (though that’s certainly one option!). It’s about your physical, mental, spiritual, social, and emotional wellbeing—and how being unwell in one area can impact your health in other areas. At Babson College, mental health and wellbeing services allow you to care for your entire person.

Health, Wellness, & Prevention
On-campus health services equip you with the knowledge needed to make informed decisions. This emphasis on prevention practices helps reduce the need for intervention or treatment. But, should you need treatment, you’re in excellent hands with access to registered nurses, a consulting physician, a nutritionist, and nurse practitioners.

Physical Fitness
Over 1,000 Babson students participate in athletics programs, including 22 NCAA Division III varsity sports, intramurals, and club sports. But, sports aren’t the only way to sweat. Free access to exercise, dance, and martial arts classes, plus free swim hours, a skating rink, and more give you other ways to workout on your terms.

Mental Health
From free counseling and psychological services on campus to mental health support options virtually and off campus, Babson ensures you have the resources needed to thrive in college. Find out some of the common reasons students visit our counseling team, and get access to mental health resources you can use right now.

Religious & Spiritual Life
While Babson is not associated with any religion, our multi-faith community has space for you to practice your faith, seek inspiration, or simply find peace in quiet spaces. Protestant, Catholic, Jewish, and Muslim chaplains support all students whether with faith-based questions or identity, relationship, and other big questions.

Social Life
Your support system always matters–—it’s crucial to you doing well and being well in all areas of life. So, who you are surrounded by at college is wildly important to your social wellbeing (and your success). No matter what your interests, you’ll find students who share your passion and encourage your growth.

Academic Support
Think of your Student Success Advisor as your personal coach. Throughout your four years, they’ll help you discover, explore, and focus your goals so you can achieve them. As you understand how your academic, personal, and professional successes are all connected, you can make the best career decisions for you.
