General

You may contact our help desk at 781-239-4357 or email support@babson.edu

As an alum, you have the option to keep a Babson email address permanently. If you'd prefer, you can also set up lifetime email forwarding to your preferred email address.

Babson has moved from Google to Microsoft 365 for email, calendar, and collaboration/productivity tools.

What this means for alumni accounts...

  • Your Google account (Gmail, calendar, and Google Docs/Drive) was active until November 13, 2023.
  • If you had been forwarding your @babson.edu account and/or had logged into it within the previous year, IT moved your email and calendar content from your Google account to a browser-based Outlook account November 13, 2023.
  • If you need to update your contact information with us, complete this form
  • To request an alum.babson.edu account or to reenable a disabled Babson email account, please use this online form. If you have any questions, please contact the Babson Service Center at support@babson.edu or 781-239-4357.
  • Any @alum.babson.edu accounts without email forwarding that have not been logged into for one year will be removed. Other policies recommended by Microsoft may be implemented to provide additional security.
  • If you would like to update your preferred email address, please contact advancement_services@babson.edu.
  • Newly graduating students will maintain their email addresses for a period of time and then switch to an alum.babson.edu email address as long as they use it. Once inactive for one year, the email address will no longer be valid. Read all the details about the transition to an alum email address.

If you have any questions about accessing your email, please contact the IT Service Center at support@babson.edu or 781.239.4357.

You may retain a Babson email address after graduating. Read the details about what will happen to your babson.edu email address once you are an alum.
