Natalie Joseph has a Bachelor’s degree with concentrations in Psychology and Business and a Master’s degree in Organizational Effectiveness and Leadership. Natalie earned a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion. Natalie brings 30 years of experience working with individuals and families in both the public and private sectors with specific expertise in program planning and crisis response management. Natalie was an integral piece in the launching of DEI initiatives within state government agencies and building collaborations with private partners. Natalie's entrepreneurial experience includes her own training consultant work where she helps develop and deliver curriculum for adults re-entering the job market.

Brian Fuss, Multicultural and Identity Programs

Brian Fuss

Assistant Director, LGBTQ and Identity Programs

(he/him)

Brian Fuss brings over 15 years of nonprofit sector experience working with vulnerable populations and, most recently, as an arts administrator. Brian has expertise in program design, evaluations, public policy analysis, organizing, training, advocacy, and fund development. Brian has an M.P.A. and Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration with a concentration in domestic policy.
