McGraw-Hill Education

With the disruption in the publishing industry, the CEO recognized the company’s leadership and culture needed to transform.

A two-year initiative where leaders participated in strategic work sessions, developed an entrepreneurial mindset to identify opportunities for innovation, and received coaching based on a 360-degree assessment so they could apply what they had learned directly at McGraw-Hill.

Qualitative and quantitative indicators demonstrated the initiative enhanced leaders’ mindsets and skill sets, drove gains in collaboration and enterprise activity, and enabled improvements in business operations.

Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce

Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce wanted to help organizations shift their cultures toward gender equity and inclusivity.

A yearlong program where cross-functional groups learned about gender, inclusion, and an entrepreneurial mindset. They created and implemented action plans, applying what they learned in their companies while the program was taking place.

Ten companies found new ways to attract, retain, and promote employees through efforts that encourage diversity and inclusion, such as creating inclusivity groups, adding flexible work arrangements, and bringing interactive speaking sessions to their companies.
