Cutler Center for Investments and Finance for a panel discussion with industry leaders about expanding diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in commercial real estate (CRE). According to the Urban Land Institute's recently published 2022 Global Real Estate DEI Survey of DEI practices and benchmarking metrics among commercial real estate (CRE) firms globally, the #1 goal of CRE firms globally is to increase representation of senior professionals from underrepresented groups. The panelists will discuss initiatives and opportunities to continue to move the needle on expanding DEI in the CRE industry, explore potential career paths for students, and share their expertise about the CRE market outlook and trends in 2023. She is one of five female CEOs among the top 20 asset management firms and is the recipient of numerous industry awards, including Barron's 100 Most Influential Women in U.S. Finance and 100 Women in Finance's North American Industry Leadership Award. The distinguished speaker series is a fireside chat conversation with a thought leader in finance. This session will be moderated by Bruce Herring '87, P'19, a former senior executive at Fidelity Investments and on the Board of Trustees at Babson College.
