Park Manor Central

Renovated in 2016, Park Manor Central is located in the Park Manor Quad

Park Manor Central is one of the larger halls on campus, and residents enjoy it for its convenient location and easy access to Reynolds Campus Center, Horn Library, and Trim Dining Hall.

In this building, single, double, and triple rooms are available, and residents may study, cook, and hang out with friends in the large lounge and kitchen on the first floor. A large band practice room and group study roo​ms are located in the basement.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Park Manor Central is staffed by five resident assistants (RAs) and an area coordinator who oversees the day-to-day operation of the residence hall and provides direct supervision to their RA staff.

Bathrooms: Gender-specific community bathrooms (showers, toilets, sinks) and gender-neutral private bathroom on each floor
Building and Room Access: Babson College ID card to access building and room key to access room. Residents must sign for the room key upon arrival on campus
