Jaime Doherty

Jaime is the Interim Director of the Hoffman Family Undergraduate Center for Career Development (CCD). She is an accomplished higher education professional with 8+ years of experience in career development, campus recruiting, and building corporate partnerships. She also has oversight of CCD’s operations and marketing strategy while providing leadership and strategic support in developing and executing the career center’s mission: to empower every student from day one to develop pathways to professional success and lifelong learning and fulfillment.

As Senior Associate Director of Corporate Relations and Recruitment, she oversees the undergraduate recruiting program and manages corporate relations within the career center. She is responsible for strategic development of employer relations to establish and maintain partnerships with employers interested in recruiting Babson talent through recruiting programs, jobs, internships, and experiential opportunities. Jaime’s career at Babson began in 2002 where, before joining CCD, she was the Director of Campus and Community Events within the Events Management Office.

Prior to Babson College, Jaime worked in start-up, agency, and corporate environments in the fields of marketing, public relations, and sales and recruiting. Jaime earned her B.A. in Business Psychology from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
