Compliance Reporting

Reporting

The College provides a number of avenues and channels to promote compliance reporting. If you suspect a potential violation of law or College policy, the College encourages you to report your concern to the appropriate office or administrator(s) in accordance with applicable policies or procedures. Matters that do not involve potential violations of law or College policy should be addressed through normal administrative channels.

Reporting Potential Violations of Law or College Policy

  • Compliance Email. Potential violations of law or College policy not subject to a specific policy or procedure may be reported to the Compliance Office. Reports received by the Compliance Office may be referred to other offices or administrators as appropriate. Anonymous reports may also be submitted through EthicsPoint.
  • EthicsPoint. EthicsPoint may also be used to report anonymously a potential violation of law or College policy. Reports may be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via EthicsPoint or via their confidential telephone number at 800-422-1054. EthicsPoint is an unaffiliated, third party service provider to the College that provides members of the College community a simple and anonymous way to report potential violations of law and/or College policy. Emergencies or threats to safety or security should be reported to Public Safety, not EthicsPoint.

Reporting Other Issues or Concerns

The College works to support an ethical and compliant environment for all members of our community and provides a number of additional channels for our community to report specific issues and concerns, including the following:

Public Safety Reporting

Immediate emergencies or threats to safety or security on College property should be reported to Public Safety at 781-239-5555. The Public Safety Department relies on the Babson Community's assistance in order to effectively perform its duties and encourages the reporting of all incidents and any suspicious activity to the proper authority.

Title IX Reporting

In compliance with Title IX (20 U.S.C. §1681 et seq.), anyone who has a concern about gender-based misconduct which potentially impacts the Babson community can report that concern to Babson's Title IX Coordinator, and can do so without disclosing their name, identifying the respondent, or requesting any action.
