Mauboussin, Head of Consilient Research at Counterpoint Global, Morgan Stanley Investment Management, for a candid discussion on investing in today's turbulent market. Michael's experience includes being the Head of Global Financial Strategies at Credit Suisse and Chief Investment Strategist at Legg Mason. He has been an adjunct professor at Columbia Business School since 1993 and is the author of Expectations Investing, More Than You Know, Think Twice, and The Success Equation.The distinguished speaker series is a fireside chat conversation with a thought leader in finance. This session will be moderated by Kenechukwu E. Anadu, CFA, CAIA, Vice President at Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, and will be followed by a networking reception.     Join fellow alumni, parents, and friends from the Detroit region as they give back to their community. The Babson Alumni Club of Detroit has partnered with The Greening of Detroit to plant trees in the city. Volunteers should dress for the weather, wear closed toe shoes or boots, gloves, and bring water + needed snacks. This initiative is in memory of Ellen Solomita '89 and Babson's Ellen S. Solomita's Day of Service. Ellen Solomita was a valued member of Babson's Advancement staff. What better way to honor Ellen's legacy than by joining together in service, something that was so important to her. She always thought of others and truly cared about those around her.
