Meet the Team Behind Your Custom Program

As senior director, Tonia Hamilton ’96 is responsible for the overall administration of Babson Executive Education and a member of the senior leadership team responsible for strategic and tactical decisions. She joined Babson College in 1998 and has experience in strategic planning and execution, organizational design, financial strategy, and program and project management. She promotes a nimble environment focused on employee satisfaction and results. Prior to joining college administration, she worked with Ernst & Young to manage efficient and effective full scope audits in diverse industries, including Financial Services, Manufacturing, and Not-for-Profit. She earned her Master of Education degree in Higher Education from Boston University.

Jennifer is Senior Program Coordinator on the Client Success team at Babson Executive Education. In this role, she is responsible for supporting Program Managers and faculty with logistics and execution of custom and open enrollment programming. Prior to joining Babson in 2022, Jennifer owned a professional organizing business, using her corporate experience in operations and client services.

Jennifer holds a BA in Economics and Philosophy from Boston College, and an MBA from Northeastern University.

Sasha Connors has been part of the Babson Executive Education team since 2019. As the Senior Associate Director, Client Success & Program Management, she leads BEE’s talented team of program managers and coordinators, overseeing the strategy behind BEE’s exceptional client experience. Before joining BEE, Sasha was the director of operations and event manager for George Mason University’s Law & Economics Center, which built upon her prior experience in the hotel industry. Sasha earned her BS degrees in business administration and hospitality administration from Boston University and her MBA from George Mason University. She also holds the designation of Certified Meeting Professional (CMP).

Janet collaborates closely with the Client Success team, Business Development, Marketing, and Finance to optimize and streamline data collection and maintenance processes, with a focus on ensuring data integrity. By leveraging automation and systems, Janet supports Executive Education’s efforts to be data-driven and is building the framework necessary for reporting and analysis. Prior to joining Babson, she gained valuable experience with a startup, where she honed her skills in operations, strategy, client relations, marketing, and entrepreneurship. Janet earned her Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta in Canada and is conversant in Cantonese.

Stephanie joins BEE with an extensive background and experience in higher education and administration. Her career in higher education started over fifteen years ago at Boston University at the Medical School in the Educational Media and Technology department. After falling in love with higher education, Stephanie obtained her MEd in Higher Education and Administration from Boston University School of Education. While working on her master's degree, Stephanie took her skills to Boston University School of Law as the Senior Program Coordinator for the Career Development and Public Service department. Following her graduation from BU, Steph took her love for education and moved to San Francisco, California. While in California, she worked at the University of San Francisco, School of Medicine in medical education as a Curriculum Coordinator. Steph earned her BS from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in English with a minor in Education.

Ploy comes to BEE with her extensive experience in entrepreneurship, business, education, and food. Before joining Babson, she was the Director of Educational Programs at CommonWealth Kitchen supporting food entrepreneurs to start and scale food businesses. She was also the Program Director at Cambridge Center for Adult Education running food and wine program for seven years. In Thailand, she worked as a financial analyst for the largest real estate developer. Ploy earned her ALM degree in Sustainability from Harvard University and her MA in Education from Cambridge College. Her bachelor’s degree is in Business and Administration majoring in Finance and Investment. When not at BEE, Ploy runs her cooking school and teaches cooking classes. She also teaches food product development and food safety programs for universities and nonprofit organizations.

Sue brings a wealth of experience in higher education and medical administration to the BEE community. Before joining Babson, she served as the Administrative Director of the Adult Hematology/Oncology Fellowship Program at the prestigious Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. A proud alumna of Eastern Nazarene College, Sue holds a bachelor's degree, and she furthered her academic journey by obtaining her MSc from Wheelock College. Her commitment to education is not only evident in her qualifications but also in her passion for lifelong learning. Sue finds fulfillment in the collaborative nature of executive education, where she can bring together her extensive knowledge and experience to foster growth and development.

Sandy brings her expertise in academic leadership and program management back to Babson where her higher education career began in 2001 overseeing the Fast Track MBA blended learning program. Most recently Sandy was senior director, graduate business programs at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. She is skilled in program design, delivery, and continuous improvement, with a focus on providing high-impact learning experiences that meet the evolving needs of senior executives and industry leaders. She is excited to be part of the lifelong learning initiative at Babson. Sandy earned her M.Ed in Higher Education Policy, Planning and Administration from Boston University School of Education, her B.S. from University of Massachusetts-Lowell, and multi-media design degree from The Art Institutes International.
