Family Entrepreneurship Amplifier Custom Program
Led By a Babson Faculty Expert
- For Families and Extended Family Groups
- Includes all ages 14+
- Can be offered virtually or in person
- Format and timing to meet family needs
The Family Entrepreneurship Amplifier is our flagship program for undergraduate and graduate students at Babson. We're now offering a custom version of the Amplifier to entrepreneurial families around the world. This unique program, informed by family theory research, builds the capacity of entrepreneurial families to create value of all kinds across generations and time. The program begins with a series of structured conversations between the older and younger generation, which are designed to foster deeper understanding and a shared vision for the family’s ongoing entrepreneurial legacy. The program then provides a structure for the family to practice creating value together as the younger generation leads a mutually agreed upon family entrepreneurship initiative. This initiative can be most anything – from launching a start-up business or new product line to initiatives around a family council to philanthropic or social impact initiatives. The goal is to apply what has been discovered and to further build the family’s capacity for value creation.
