Looking Back
25 Key People, Milestones & MomentsA special collection of 25 things that were a big part of the anniversary celebration, and remain a big part of the Blank Center’s history.
Since its inception in 1998, The Blank Center at Babson College has been a beacon of entrepreneurship education, bringing Roger Babson's visionary concepts to life.
Originally directed by Professor William Bygrave and created with generous support from Arthur Blank ’63, H’98, the Blank Center has immeasurably shaped many generations of Babson entrepreneurs while its scholars have introduced leading research studies and conferences to the world.
Through its three pillars—Startup Incubation, Startup Acceleration, and Thought Leadership—the Blank Center has pioneered an extraordinary environment that empowers students to breathe life into their business visions and seize opportunities, setting a transformative standard not only for our students but for the entire industry.
Today, the Blank Center catalyzes the exchange of ideas through its research and thought leadership initiatives and develops Babson’s emerging entrepreneurs through its extensive portfolio of startup incubation and acceleration programs.
As we commemorate the 25th anniversary, we take this moment to reflect and celebrate the remarkable individuals, programs, and initiatives that have left an indelible mark over the past 25 years.
