At the Blank Center for Entrepreneurship, we are constantly iterating and expanding our programming to reach our Babson entrepreneurs and engage them in meaningful ways. We are so pleased to share that we were able to reach and work with more student and alumni entrepreneurs and ventures in the past year than ever before. These remarkable entrepreneurs are resilient and creative, and we are confident that they will find solutions to important challenges, creating great economic and social value.

Richard came to Babson to pursue the path of entrepreneurship - and he did just that through the Butler Launch Pad, the Summer Venture Program, the B.E.T.A. Challenge, and the MBA program. Richard's success to date building Hoamsy, a platform that helps you find both apartments and roommates, is testament to his ability to activate resources and the Babson network.
To build her business, Bryanne participated in our Summer Venture Program and leveraged Babson academic classes and opportunities like the WIN Lab®. Today, Bryanne and the Unruly Studios team are encouraging STEM education through active play with Unruly Splats, a programmable device.
The capstone of Noah's Babson experience came when he pitched in the 2020 B.E.T.A. Challenge - and took home $20,000 as the undergraduate winner. Since winning the B.E.T.A. Challenge, he and the Goba Tea team have launched an e-commerce site, along with a new fulfillment process and new packaging.
Inspired by the personal experience of her mother, Aria founded Mai Soli Foundation, which seeks to break the cycle of gender inequality in developing countries through education. She made great progress developing the concept in the Butler Launch Pad Fast Track Cohort and recently put her venture through our Summer Catalyst virtual accelerator program.
Think Board started in a Babson dorm room - and Hanson didn't stop there. He grew his business with the help of Blank Center programs like the Summer Venture Program. Today, as an alumni, he is highly engaged in Babson's entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Winning the graduate track of the 2020 B.E.T.A. Challenge has enabled Vaidehi and her brother to scale the operations of Busy Boda, a motorcycle hailing app. In her second year at Babson, Vaidehi plans to take advantage of many resources and opportunities, like participating in Butler Launch Pad programming and applying to our Summer Venture Program.
