Eve Waterfall teaches as an adjunct lecturer in Business Law and Ethics. Her legal career as a business attorney included start-up advising, capital raising, real estate, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, and heath care law and technology transfer for a major academic medical center in Boston. She has extensive experience in not-for-profit advising and governance and has served on several non-profit boards, including chairing a municipal Planning Commission. Ms. Waterfall received her law degree from Northeastern University and her undergraduate degree in Philosophy from Wellesley College.
