More recently, Peter has been co-leading BIFE’s customized FEL programs designed for global executives and entrepreneurial families.  The programs are created to amplify value creation by building stronger relationships, entrepreneurial leadership skills and communication competences.  This intensive program runs for 7-10 months to allow for peer learning and practice of these skills.  With Peter’s steadfast guidance and expertise, global executives are better equipped than ever before to transform their fast-growing family business.

Peter is the past President/CEO of Concord Foods, a diversified food manufacturer located in Brockton, MA.  Concord Foods was founded in 1968 by his father, Jeff Neville and then led by Peter starting in 1995.  Concord Foods produces a broad range of products in a 255,000 square foot operation that employees over 250 employees.  Peter grew up in the family business where he and his father discussed best family business practices starting at a very early age.  The business grew significantly under the Neville family until the majority ownership was sold to a private equity firm in 2015 and then to Sugar Foods in 2024.  In his previous role, Peter served as the Chairman of Concord Foods in Brockton, MA, a medium size food manufacturer with 220 full time employees. His knowledge and experience provide a strong foundation to teach and lead the BIFE’s flagship family entrepreneurial leadership programs.

Peter received his B.S. from Lehigh University, Bethlehem, PA., and his MBA from Babson College, Wellesley, MA. He is a member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO).

Peter is married with three sons and is active in many local community and economic development organizations.
