WIN Lab® is Babson College’s accelerator for women entrepreneurs, providing mentorship, education, strategic guidance, and access to resources that help founders launch and grow successful businesses.

The Frank & Eileen™ Masterclass Series is a hybrid educational program that brings together students, entrepreneurs, and industry experts for hands-on learning experiences focused on entrepreneurial leadership, financial fluency, AI and emerging technology, pitching and fundraising, career readiness, and inclusive leadership.

The Babson College Disruption Dinner is the Institute’s signature annual event that brings together students, alumni, faculty, and industry leaders for an evening celebrating entrepreneurial leadership, innovation, and women’s empowerment through inspiring speakers, meaningful conversations, and networking opportunities.
