Spring 2026 Accounting Early Engagement Event

What is this event and why should I attend? For First Years & Sophomores interested in accounting, this is a chance to explore accounting careers and the diverse range of companies and roles in this space. You will build your network by developing relationships with recruiters, alums, and peers. You will also sharpen your networking, communication, and interpersonal skills. The event will begin with open networking, followed by round-table rotations of "mini info sessions" where you will speak with one firm at a time. There will be time during each rotation for students to ask questions. The event will conclude with more open networking. Is registration required? Registration is highly recommended. The expectation is that you attend the event from 4:30pm-6:30pm. If you cannot attend the entire event please contact CCD to let us know if you will be late or need to leave early. If you are no longer able to attend, please un-register for the event in Handshake. What is the dress code? Professional attire. What should I bring? A notebook and pen to take notes, and hard copies of your resume (if you don't have a resume yet, come anyways!). How can I prepare?
