    Rugby Practice

Join us on the pitch for a high-energy training session focused on building skills, fitness, and team chemistry. Practice will begin with a dynamic warm-up, followed by drills to improve passing, tackling technique, ruck and maul execution, and set-piece organization. Conditioning and small-sided games will be mixed in to sharpen speed, agility, and decision-making under pressure.  Bring cleats, a mouthguard, and plenty of energy. Whether you’re a returning player or new to the game, practice is designed to challenge everyone and keep us progressing together as a squad. Find out more Green Chevron
