Serving 20 years as Executive Vice President and Principal to one of the nation's largest financial services Business Process Outsourcing firms (family-owned 750+ employee organization servicing Fortune 100 clients), David's career in industry has focused on instituting quality management/mistake-proofing controls often utilized in manufacturing, within service-based operational environments. This has included development of an ISO 9001 quality management system and registration, as well as establishing audit-proof controls and procedures to comply with stringent regulatory and data security compliance audits.

As a former financial services industry spokesperson, David has performed extensive lobbying efforts at both the local and national levels. This included visits with Representatives of US Congress, Massachusetts and Connecticut Divisions of Banks, Massachusetts Legislature, and Massachusetts Attorney General's Office.

David is the Director Program Operations for Babson's Bertarelli Institute for Family Entrepreneurship, helping to oversee and direct program delivery and the daily operations of the Institute. He also serves as Chair of the Operations & Information Management Advisory Board for the Isenberg School of Management - UMass Amherst and has taught "Operations Management" and "Project Management" to undergraduate and graduate students at UMass Amherst and Northeastern University.
