CWELS have proven leadership potential, demonstrate self-drive for continued personal and professional growth, and are committed to serve as ambassadors of the CWEL mission. CWELS earn a quarter-tuition scholarship, which is renewable each year, though active program participation, thoughtful reflection, and community engagement.
As CWELS you come away from your Babson experience with an enhanced portfolio of career-readiness competencies, rhetoric skills to promote your value, and a developmental network of role models, mentors, coaches, and peers, positioned to support your growth as an entrepreneurial leader.
Beginning with the First Year Seminar CWELS cohort experience and continued through participation and reflection during your time at Babson and beyond, the bonds made within the CWEL community and the professional benefits gained will prove to be transformative.
The CWELS Network
Core to the CWELS experience is the value of our community. With just under 400 alumnae and 125 current students enrolled in the program, we are building a diverse, tight-knit network of women, aligned to help you support and promote each other, as you continue to succeed in your professional lives.
