Faculty

Regalia for all faculty marchers and marshals will be available for pick up in Len Green Athletic Recreation Complex (LGRAC) on Commencement Day starting at 7:30 a.m.  

Please enter LGRAC from the Webster Parking Lot side of the building and regalia pick up is on the upper balcony.  All regalia that was ordered will be steamed prior to pick up. 

If you have concerns regarding regalia, please email the Campus & Community Events office.

Faculty check-in for both the Undergrad and Graduate Ceremonies will be in the Len Green Recreational and Athletics Complex (LGRAC).

Faculty are to enter through the back door of LGRAC, which is on the Webster Parking Lot side. Check-in and line up will be in the upper balcony of the courts.

For the Undergraduate Ceremony, faculty should check-in/line up by 8:45 a.m.

For the Graduate Ceremony, faculty should check-in/line up by 1:45 p.m.

For staff and faculty, parking will be available in the Nichols Parking Lot and Forest Parking Lot throughout the entire day. Limited parking may be available in the BECC Upper Parking Lot, which is across from the Webster Lot. Volunteers will be available with golf carts for each lot as needed. Advice here is to come as early as possible as parking can fill up fairly quickly throughout the day. 

The restrooms located in the Len Green Recreational and Athletics Complex (formally known as BRAC) are reserved for staff, faculty, and students ONLY. 

For family members and guests attending commencement, if you are asked what restrooms they can use the goal is for them to use the facilities in the Webster Center.

Refreshments will be available in Webster starting at 7:30 a.m. for the early shifts. There will be a lunch buffet for volunteers, marshals, and faculty marchers located in the BECC. Please pick up your lunch and eat in the Sorenson Commons.

For those who can not make the lunch buffet, there will be boxed lunches available at the Webster Center. This is the same place where the volunteer check-in was located.
