Sumeit Aggarwal is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Finhive, a social enterprise dedicated to blending business success with social good. At Finhive, she assists women-owned startups with essential functions like business planning, financial reporting, risk management, and record-keeping, demonstrating a strong commitment to financial education for women and young adults. 

A recognized expert and speaker, Sumeit frequently addresses topics such as narrowing the gender wealth gap, measuring and achieving financial health, and improving business excellence for entrepreneurs and business leaders. Her dedication to empowering women in business has earned her several honors, including the 2024 Women Who Lift Up Massachusetts Award and the 2023 Woman of the Year - Entrepreneurship Award. 

Prior to her entrepreneurial work, Sumeit spent 15 years at Oracle in various roles in Business Strategy, Consulting and Program Management, specializing in sales, consulting systems, and implementing Oracle eBusiness Suite modules. She also held leadership positions at Infor as Director of Sales Operations and Service Process Optimization at Hologic, Inc.  

Sumeit holds an MBA from Babson College and an MS in Information Systems from Northeastern University. She also serves on the Advisory Board of American India Foundation (AIF), Women for UMass (WFUM), TiE Boston Women

Kenechukwu Anadu is a vice president at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston’s Supervision, Regulation, and Credit Department, where he co-heads the Supervisory Research and Statistics Unit. SRS supports the Boston Fed.’s participation in numerous Federal Reserve System initiatives, including the stress testing program and the quantitative surveillance assessment of financial stability. 

Kenechukwu is also the co-chair of the Federal Reserve System’s monitoring and analysis program for the largest, most systemically important banks. Prior to joining the Boston Fed., Kenechukwu was a fixed income analyst at the Massachusetts Pension Reserves Investment Management Board. He previously taught corporate finance at UMass Amherst and Babson College. 

He earned his BSc. from Northeastern University and an MBA from Babson College. He holds the CFA and CAIA designations.  He is currently pursuing a doctorate in business administration from Babson College. 

Debra Blair, M.B.A., CPA, CMA, is an accomplished executive with over thirty years of experience dedicated to the nonprofit sector, specializing in organizations serving individuals with autism, developmental and intellectual disabilities, neurological disorders, and behavior disorders. 

As Chief Operating Officer (COO) of May Institute and the National Autism Center (NAC), Ms. Blair is a driving force behind a world-renowned organization that provides clinical, educational, and long-term support services, research, and training. She plays a pivotal role in advancing May Institute's mission, which includes operating one of the nation's first full-time schools for autistic children and providing specialized care for profoundly autistic children and adults across the lifespan. 

Her expertise in financial stewardship and operational excellence guides the National Autism Center, where she has contributed as an author and editor to the NAC’s first-of-its-kind parent guide for families with a child with profound autism. 

Ms. Blair's career reflects a deep commitment to human services and exceptional financial leadership. Ms. Blair returned to May Institute in 2012 and quickly rose to Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in 2013, where she was responsible for financial stewardship, including capital and operating budgeting, financial planning, debt management, and facility operations. Her tenure with the Institute began in 1995, where she progressed through roles from Business Manager to Director of Finance. 

She previously served as Vice President of Administration and Finance and CFO for Riverside Community Care, Inc. (2006–2012), overseeing the complete management of financial operations, accounting, information technology, and facilities for the Massachusetts-based organization. 

A recognized advocate and industry leader, Ms. Blair actively works with trade associations to raise awareness of profound autism and advocate for improvement and expansion of treatment options, housing, vocational opportunities, education, and other critical supports. 

She participates in key organizations, including the Association of Developmental Disability Providers and The Providers Council, and serves on the board of directors for the Massachusetts Association of Approved Special Education Schools. Ms. Blair was appointed by the Massachusetts Governor to serve on the Governor’s Commission on Intellectual Disabilities. 

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Curry College and an M.B.A. from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. 

William has 18 years experience in the commercial real estate industry spanning shopping centers, office buildings, hospitality, and marine industries. Throughout that time, he has been involved in renovating a 200 slip marina, a 172 room hotel and other assets under the firm’s portfolio.   

William also started a medical device company for emergency trauma care of non-compressible lower torso wounds that is in the early stages of development with both military and civilian applications. 

He is also extensively involved in the Information Technologies infrastructure with the transition from physical to virtual infrastructure and the migration of services to cloud providers. 

William is a graduate of Babson College with a Bachelor of Science and Bentley University with a Master of Science in Accountancy.  He also enjoys skiing, snowboarding, and sailing with his wife and three children. 

Marco Gargurevich is Head of Strategic Initiatives at Geode Capital Management, an investment firm in Boston, MA. He graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, NYU Polytechnic with an M.S. in Manufacturing Engineering and Babson College with an M.B.A. 

Marco is currently the Chair of Babson College’s Stephen D. Cutler Center for Investments and Finance. In his spare time, he enjoys playing hockey, boating, golfing, skiing and playing drums in a garage band with friends. Since joining the DBA program, he no longer has any spare time but still rehearses with his friends! While at RPI, he once worked security for the Beastie Boys and Public Enemy. 

I recently completed three years of full-time teaching at Montana State University’s Jake Jabs College of Business & Entrepreneurship. I instructed Marketing for Entrepreneurs, Sales and Sales Management, Entrepreneurial Experience, and New Product Innovation (for the Master of Science in Innovation and Management program).  

I received both the Students’ Choice Award and the Dean’s Excellence in Teaching Award during my time at MSU. 

Prior to teaching at MSU, I served as General Manager of the Marketing Technology Solutions Group at Perficient (NASDAQ: PRFT, recently acquired by EQT private equity).  

Before joining Perficient, I was Founder and President of Elixiter which was acquired by Perficient in 2018.  Elixiter was a specialty marketing technology agency that delivered high impact marketing engagements for clients via the Adobe Marketo platform. Based in Bozeman, Montana with clients world-wide, Elixiter was recognized for three consecutive years on the Inc. 5000 list of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. Elixiter was one of the 100 Best Workplaces for Women and Top 50 Best Workplaces for Camaraderie by Great Places to Work and Fortune magazine. 

Prior to Perficient and Elixiter, I served in a wide range of senior positions at RightNow Technologies (acquired by Oracle) overseeing product messaging, web properties, marketing automation, events, and marketing analytics.  

During my free time, I enjoy all forms of cycling, helping coach the high school mountain biking team with my wife and two adult children. And when I am not physically active, I love the smiles and entertainment provided by my family’s ten Nigerian dwarf goats. 

Anna Ivashko is a life sciences service lead with Clarkston Consulting. With the firm since 2011, she lends her experience to the pharma & biotech space in the areas of digital enablement, process efficiency and project management. 

Anna is dedicated to improving operations & innovating processes. She helps develop and implement digital ecosystems that allow her clients to engage with patients, physicians, payers, and partners. As an experienced manager, Anna can take projects from strategy to implementation – assessing an organization’s digital readiness,  developing a commercialization roadmap, & rolling out digital capabilities. Well versed in rare disease, Anna has helped her clients establish centers of excellence focused on understanding patient journeys and patient discovery strategies.​ 

Her professional training and educational background include an MBA from Babson College with extensive coursework in strategic analysis and organizational behavior. 

Anna is a mom of a toddler boy and two dogs and lives in the Boston area.  

Paul Joseph is a professional consultant, advisor, local business owner and community leader based in the Greater Boston region. Paul founded Contexed (pronounced “Context”) – a management consulting and business education firm focused on helping organizations evaluate and pursue new opportunities for change, professional development, and growth with a human-centric approach – in 2009. He is also the owner and operator of Metroworks, a Natick, MA-based coworking and collaboration space. 

Paul has more than 30 years of leadership and business experience, including sales, marketing, consulting, and executive management, spanning VC-backed startups to the Fortune 50, and several years as the President and CEO of the Metrowest (Boston) Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, he has worked in senior director roles in Product Marketing Management for two local software companies, as well as vice president of a consulting firm focused on market validation and go-to-market strategies for technology-based business. Paul has managed the integration of product marketing teams from both sides of organizational mergers and has led cross-functional teams as both manager and coach. 

Paul is among the last generation, pre-Internet era entrepreneurs, having started and run a small business after graduating from Cornell University with a B.S. in Management and Marketing. Paul earned his MBA at Babson College and has taught at the college-level and in various graduate business and executive education programs in the US, China, Europe, and the Middle East, including for Babson College, Georgia Tech, and WPI.  

He and his family have lived in Natick for almost 30 years where Paul has served on the town’s Select Board and as a member of various town committees and boards of local non-profit organizations. He is currently the chair of Natick’s Economic Development Committee. 

When he’s not working or spending time with his family, Paul can be found out walking his dog, Linus, or running long distances at slow speeds. Paul recently ran the 2025 Chicago Marathon - his 31st full marathon – for the Alzheimer’s Association, in honor of his mother, Barbara and he was proud to be joined by his daughter who ran her first marathon!
