You will examine the critical role of branding in franchising, understanding how a strong brand influences growth and loyalty and why protecting its value is essential.

The curriculum also outlines the economic structure of franchising, with a focus on unit economics and collaborative strategies franchisees can use to expand their market presence. As part of evaluating franchise opportunities, you will also explore how brand strength and sound unit economics shape the success and scalability of a franchise.
