You Belong at Babson

The entire Babson community is made up of individuals from more than 40 U.S. states and territories and more than 90 countries—all united by our shared vision to create positive change in the world. From day one on campus, it is our goal to ensure you feel welcome, safe, included, acknowledged, and rewarded. Our tight-knit community ensures that everyone has a place at Babson. As you step outside your comfort zone to maximize learning and personal development, you have the entire community supporting your growth.

What Belonging Means to Us

We understand that an embrace and understanding of our differences sits at the heart of entrepreneurial leadership. With an array of student groups, programming, campus offices, and initiatives, you will find a multitude of opportunities to forge new friendships and find your passion. We work every day to build a campus that prioritizes openness and values the growth that comes from respectful debate.

We expect the Babson community to support all community members and to collectively work toward the goal of making Babson a place where our students receive a world-class education and all community members can thrive and grow. Our campus is a place where people feel safe expressing themselves in a respectful, kind manner.

Campus Events

Throughout the year, you’ll find events that support our community’s many intersecting backgrounds, while amplifying voices of all our communities and promoting understanding. Each experience offers an opportunity to develop the skills and knowledge you need to engage in respectful, meaningful, and constructive dialogue with your peers and community members.

At any given time on campus, you’ll likely find events that you can help plan and/or attend. Here are just a few favorites that bring our community together.

O.N.E. Week / O.N.E. Forum

LGBTQ+ & Ally Community

Babson has a rich and supportive community of LGBTQ+ students and allies. In addition to being able to participate in off-campus events, such as the annual Boston Pride Parade and Bayard Rustin Community Breakfast, you’ll have the chance to attend on-campus events, including:
