Caroline Owens, CPA is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Practice in the Accounting and Law division at Babson College. She currently teaches Introduction to Financial Accounting. Prior to teaching full-time at Babson, Caroline worked at Bain Capital focusing on financial reporting for private credit investment funds. Caroline has also worked in public accounting at EY, auditing clients in the biotech space. Caroline has a Master's of Accounting degree from UNC Chapel Hill, is a licensed CPA, and is on the AICPA Student Recruitment Committee. As a Class of 2021 Babson alumna, Caroline can resonate with how stressful and rewarding the Babson experience is, especially during freshman year. There is a place for everyone in Caroline's class, including those who both love and hate accounting.
