Babson Leadership & Innovation Summit

The Babson Leadership & Innovation Summit brings leaders together to navigate complexity and change with clarity and confidence. Grounded in Babson’s Entrepreneurial Thought & Action® approach, the summit blends faculty insight, peer learning, and interactive experiences to translate entrepreneurial leadership into real‑world impact. Our first annual summit took place on April 15, 2026, and we look forward to sharing details about next year’s gathering soon.

Experience the Summit

At the Leadership & Innovation Summit, you’ll engage with Babson faculty and peers to explore how entrepreneurial leadership shows up in real moments of uncertainty, collaboration, and change.

Apply a practical model of entrepreneurial leadership to understand how leaders and followers co-create opportunities

Strengthen emotional, social, and cognitive capabilities that foster trust, creativity, and innovation

Learn how mindset, motivation, and even physiology influence leadership effectiveness

Build high-quality connections through interactive exercises that go beyond traditional networking

Develop an entrepreneurial mindset and grow more comfortable leading through ambiguity

Last year’s summit provided actionable leadership insights and truly energizing discussions. The Babson faculty created a collaborative environment that made the learning both relevant and enjoyable, and I was excited to register again this year.”
