Volunteer Gift Request

Thank you for engaging Babson alumni and friends as volunteers.

We are delighted to provide a thank you gift for your alumni volunteers (whether on campus or virtual), as well as any non-alumni volunteers you engage in campus programs and initiatives.

If you have multiple volunteers on the same date, please include all of them on one single form.

If you have one or more volunteers on multiple dates, please complete a Volunteer Gift Request Form for each date.

The Alumni Engagement and Annual Giving team will deliver the gift(s) for you on-campus volunteers to your office prior to the volunteer engagement date. We will mail gift(s) to virtual alumni volunteers. If you would like to provide gifts for virtual non-alumni volunteers, please plan to secure the gift and mail it through your office.

Please share a brief description of the volunteer’s involvement with your office.

Please include any additional information regarding location of gift delivery. i.e., outside of office, with colleague, etc. Please note that we cannot deliver directly to a classroom before 9:30 am. It will have to be delivered to your office the day before.
