Services provided for Faculty and Staff
Please contact the department if you have an upcoming bulk/mass mailing. We have equipment to clean a mail list, address envelopes and cards, stuff and seal envelopes, and stamp mailings. We can partner with the Canon Copy Center located in the suite adjacent to ours to send out your mailing from start to finish at very competitive pricing.
Outgoing mail should be ready for pick up at the scheduled time daily. Please make sure outgoing mail has a budget number to charge.
We serve as the liaison for Babson College with the United States Post Office, including facilitating the third-party mail house postage account. We also are responsible for the relationship with UPS, FedEx, DHL, Amazon, and other carriers. Please email Dennis Lawlor or call 781-239-4280 with any questions.
Deliveries are received, sorted, and prepared for delivery to the appropriate departments. White copy paper and shipping supplies can be requested for delivery within three business days.
Order all office supplies, envelopes, letterhead, labels, etc. through W.B. Mason for next-day, desktop delivery
U.S. Mail and packages are picked up at the Wellesley Hills and Babson Park Post Office, and various carriers deliver packages to campus. Administrative Mail Services receives and sorts the mail and packages for delivery to departmental offices.
Incoming mail and packages are delivered on scheduled mail routes once daily in the afternoon. Every department has an assigned location for pickup and drop-off.
