B.R.A.I.N—The Babson Regional AI Network—is an initiative of The Generator Interdisciplinary AI Lab at Babson College. It unites industry and higher education to explore the entrepreneurial, social and ethical dimensions of AI, leveraging Babson’s expertise in entrepreneurial leadership. The B.R.A.I.N. supports responsible AI-leadership, breakthrough entrepreneurial action in AI, and interdisciplinary AI education.
The Focus of B.R.A.I.N. Is:
- Driving economic growth through AI-powered entrepreneurship
- Supporting Small Businesses and Small Business Owners to leverage AI for business growth
- Sharing the real-time and emerging innovation potential of AI technologies
- Understanding the ethical dimensions of AI
- Supporting the upskilling of business leaders, entrepreneurs, and university students
Connect New Synapses
Periodic B.R.A.I.N. meetups, occurring throughout New England, provide leaders, business owners, entrepreneurs, technologists, and AI researchers a forum to get connected and imagine business innovation in the AI-age.
The focus is entrepreneurial AI—AI that has the potential to improve human wellbeing and enable new forms of innovation and economic growth. A big tent, B.R.A.I.N. welcomes innovators from diverse fields such as engineering, arts and design to consider the distant future possibilities of AI. Babson alumni particularly are welcome to join and contribute to B.R.A.I.N. events, however anyone can attend.
