Any OneCard that fails to function due to normal wear and tear (as judged by the OneCard Office personnel) or with no obvious or visible damage may be replaced at no charge provided the OneCard is returned to the OneCard Office intact at the same time the new OneCard is obtained.
    • Lost / stolen cards can be suspended 7 days a week, 24 hours a day by stopping by the Babson OneCard Office in person during regular business hours or by calling Babson Public Safety at (781) 239-5555 outside of business hours. Under no circumstances may debits or charges to an account reduce the account balance below zero. Under no circumstance may the OneCard be used to obtain cash or cash advances. Any credits due to refunds / returns shall be deposited into the account they were initially drawn from. Cardholder activity is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day online at Babson GETby selecting Make a Deposit.  Debit account values will remain on the OneCard unless the cardholder separates from Babson College.
